Terms and Conditions

Last Updated: April 2, 2026

1. Enrollment and Acceptance

Enrollment at Nanny Care Club is subject to availability and completion of all required documentation. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate enrollment at our discretion.

All families must complete and submit the following prior to their child's first day:

  • Completed enrollment forms
  • Current immunization records
  • Emergency contact information
  • Signed authorization forms
  • Payment of registration fee and first week tuition

2. Hours of Operation

Nanny Care Club operates Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on major holidays and will provide families with an annual calendar of closures.

Children must be picked up by 6:00 PM. A late fee of $1 per minute will be charged for pickups after 6:00 PM.

3. Tuition and Fees

Tuition is due weekly in advance. Payment must be received by Monday of each week. A $25 late fee will be assessed for payments received after Wednesday.

A non-refundable annual registration fee is required at enrollment and is due again each year on your child's enrollment anniversary.

Tuition is charged regardless of absences, holidays, or center closures due to inclement weather or emergencies. We do not provide refunds or credits for missed days.

4. Withdrawal Policy

Families must provide two weeks written notice prior to withdrawal. Tuition is due for the entire notice period regardless of attendance.

Nanny Care Club reserves the right to terminate enrollment immediately for non-payment, failure to comply with our policies, or behavior that threatens the safety or well-being of children or staff.

5. Health and Safety

Children must be kept home if they exhibit any of the following symptoms:

  • Fever of 100.4°F or higher within the past 24 hours
  • Vomiting or diarrhea within the past 24 hours
  • Contagious illness (e.g., pink eye, strep throat, flu)
  • Undiagnosed rash
  • Persistent cough or difficulty breathing

Children must be symptom-free for 24 hours without medication before returning to care. We may require a doctor's note before readmitting a child after certain illnesses.

In case of emergency, we will contact parents immediately. If parents cannot be reached, we will contact emergency contacts and, if necessary, seek medical attention by calling 911.

6. Medication Policy

We will administer medication only with written parental authorization. All medication must be in its original container with the child's name, dosage, and instructions clearly labeled.

Prescription medication must include the prescribing physician's name and prescription date. Over-the-counter medications require written authorization and must not be expired.

7. Behavior and Discipline

We use positive guidance and redirection to help children develop self-control and appropriate social behaviors. We never use corporal punishment, verbal abuse, or emotional punishment.

If a child's behavior consistently endangers themselves or others, we will work with parents to develop a behavior plan. If the behavior cannot be managed safely, we may need to terminate enrollment.

8. Authorization and Release

Children will only be released to parents or individuals listed on the authorized pickup list. Photo identification is required for all pickups.

We will not release a child to anyone who appears to be intoxicated or impaired. In such cases, we will contact the other parent or emergency contacts.

9. Photography and Media

We may photograph or video record children for educational purposes, documentation, and promotional materials. Parents must provide written consent for their child to be included in photographs or videos that may be shared publicly.

10. Liability

While we take every precaution to ensure children's safety, accidents can happen. Nanny Care Club carries liability insurance but is not responsible for injuries that occur despite reasonable supervision and safety measures.

Parents are responsible for ensuring their child arrives and departs safely. Nanny Care Club is not liable for incidents that occur before drop-off or after pickup.

11. Personal Property

Nanny Care Club is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen personal property. Please label all items with your child's name and avoid sending valuable items.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. Parents will be notified of significant changes in writing with at least 30 days notice.

13. Licensing and Compliance

Nanny Care Club is licensed by the State of Missouri and complies with all applicable state regulations for childcare facilities. Our current license is available for review upon request.
